At six months out from its unveiling, $300 million in business is already in the conference facility’s pipeline.
It looked like a convention for the Village People as we donned hard hats, work boots, safety vests and glasses for a tour of the emerging Caesars Forum. The only tunes coming out of the site, however, were laborious hammers, forklift humming and the melodious vision of Caesars Entertainment, expressed in colorful renderings that marked all of the forum’s future hot spots. The 550,000-square-foot project is coming along nicely, making the idea of the world’s two largest pillarless ballrooms, each equivalent to a football field, a swiftly approaching reality.
"I am thrilled with the progress of the Caesars Forum build,” said Michael Massari, chief sales officer for Caesars Entertainment, ahead of the tour. “Customer reception has been overwhelming and demand is high. Our bookings far exceed our expectations."

In the last 18 months, more than 125 MICE contracts—75 percent of which are new business—have been signed for the new LEED Silver certified conference space. The annual meetings of industry leaders Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Cvent, ConferenceDirect and HelmsBriscoe are included in this mix. Part of the forum’s allure is its sheer size: 300,000 square feet of flexible space combined with the 100,000-square-foot Forum Plaza, the first dedicated outdoor event space in Las Vegas.
Once completed, Caesars Forum will be connected to 8,500 hotel rooms at Harrah's Las Vegas, LINQ Hotel + Experience and Flamingo Las Vegas and within walking distance to 20,000 Caesars Entertainment hotel rooms. It will also be the first facility of this size built on a single level.
