Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, Manchester, UK.

The Kimpton Clocktower Hotel has opened in Manchester, UK’s Clock Tower building—which debuted in 1890 as the Refuge Assurance Company headquarters. The hotel offers 270 guest rooms and 17 meeting rooms. Guest rooms offer an homage to Manchester’s iconic music scene, with vinyl records of the city’s most iconic bands—from the Stone Roses and Oasis to Elbow and Take That—available to play on record players in each room.

The Hyatt Place Moncton-Downtown, New Brunswick, Canada

A 120-room Hyatt Place hotel has opened in heart of downtown Moncton, New Brunswick—the first Hyatt Place-branded hotel in Atlantic Canada. The hotel, at the corner of Main and Canada streets across from the new Events Centre, features 120 guest rooms and 3,500 square feet of meeting space.

Town and Country resort, San Diego

The Town and Country resort in San Diego’s Mission Valley has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation, introducing modern guest rooms, three new dining outlets, a pool deck with a four-story waterslide and a three-acre riverfront park. The resort features 675 guest rooms and suites and 258,000 square feet of newly renovated meeting spaces, including San Diego’s first on-property convention center.

The reimagined, 268-room Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton (Mo.) has reopened following a multimillion-dollar transformation. The hotel features more than 17,000 square feet of meeting space, a state-of-the-art fitness center with panoramic views of downtown St. Louis, an open-air pool deck and artwork from more than 50 local and nationally acclaimed artists.

The Radisson Collection Hotel, Grand Place Brussels has debuted—a transformation of the former Radisson Blu Royal Hotel. The hotel offers 282 guest rooms and 18 contemporary meeting spaces.

The 208-room Hotel Viking, a historic property in Newport, R.I., managed by Pivot Hotels & Resorts, has unveiled extensive renovations to its 13,610 square feet of meeting and event spaces, destination Spa Fjör, modern fitness center and indoor lap pool.

Canopy by Hilton, Hilton’s lifestyle hotel brand, will open its first Baltimore location this fall at Wills Wharf in the heart of the Harbor Point neighborhood. The hotel will feature 156 guest rooms offering floor-to-ceiling views of the city’s skyline and waterfront, as well as convenient access to a range of cultural attractions around the Inner Harbor, Fells Point and Harbor East. It will also offer nearly 4,000 square feet of meeting space.

Hotel Vin, an Autograph Collection boutique property, has debuted in North Texas (Grapevine). The hotel and the connecting Harvest Hall are part of the $114 million Grapevine Main development. The hotel offers 120 guest rooms, 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and an outdoor plaza offering an additional 38,000 square feet.

The new LOTTE Hotel Seattle has a total of 189 guest rooms featuring creative and modern designs inspired by Seattle’s natural landscape, as well as views of the ocean and the Seattle cityscape. The hotel also offers 15 meeting rooms and banquet halls.

The 120-room Aloft Denver North Westminster opened last month in the Orchard Town Center, 26 miles from Denver International Airport and with convenient access to downtown Denver, the Denver Premium Outlets, the Summit Thornton, Elitch Gardens and Topgolf. Amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, a fitness center and a meeting room.
