Hyatt Regency Indianapolis
The 499-room Hyatt Regency Indianapolis has completed the first phase of its multimillion-dollar renovation, which includes the opening of its completely renovated revolving rooftop restaurant, The Eagle’s Nest, as well as completion of a redesign of the hotel’s more than 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space, ground-floor restaurants, lobby and fitness center.
Sheraton Grand Warsaw
The 350-room Sheraton Grand Warsaw has debuted in the heart of the historic capital of Poland, within walking distance of the National Museum and Boulevards on the Wisla River, as well as in close proximity to the city center and a 20-minute drive from Warsaw Chopin Airport. Eleven conference rooms total more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
Pan Pacific Toronto
The Westin Prince Hotel in Toronto will soon become the Pan Pacific Toronto. A $15 million revitalization throughout the property’s 409 guest rooms and public spaces began earlier this year. The hotel, near Toronto’s downtown and a 30-minute drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport, offers 30,000 square feet of meeting space, with most of the rooms featuring windows and natural light.

Accor and Arora Group have announced the signing of the Fairmont Windsor Park. The hotel is currently undergoing a substantial, multimillion-pound redevelopment and is set to open in the second half of 2020. The hotel, the third Fairmont property in the United Kingdom, will feature 200 guest rooms, a spa and wellness area and 16 meeting rooms—including an 8,500-square-foot, pillarless ballroom with the capacity for 700 guests.
The 12-story Margaritaville Hotel Nashville has debuted with 166 guestrooms, 52 Margaritaville Vacation Club® by Wyndham suites and 11,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space a half block south of the Music City Center.
The Sheraton Beijing Lize Hotel, the third Sheraton-branded hotel in the capital city, has debuted with 325 guest rooms and more than 13,000 square feet of meeting space in the new Lize Financial Business District, an office and retail hub that will host more than 500 banking and financial companies.
The Treasure Island - TI Hotel & Casino, a Radisson Hotel has debuted in Las Vegas. The resort features nearly 3,000 guest rooms, a 95,000-square-foot casino and 30,500 square feet of recently renovated meeting space.
