Hard Rock Hotel Prague
The Hard Rock Hotel Prague will debut in 2023 within the wider city center with 523 guest rooms and suites and 59,000 square feet of meeting space (including an 1,800-capacity ballroom). The Woodstock Lawn will be used for exhibitions, social events and more for as many as 3,000 people, and the hotel will offer views overlooking Letna Park and Prague Castle from the rooftop Sky Bar.
Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel, Omaha, Neb.
The former Blackstone Hotel in Omaha, Neb., will reopen as the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in spring 2020 with 205 guest rooms including 15 suites, a signature steakhouse and lounge, a French-inspired cafe, a resort-style swimming pool, a solarium and more than13,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space (including two ballrooms).
W Toronto
The nine-story, 255-room W Toronto in the city’s fashionable Yorkville neighborhood will be surrounded by high-end boutiques, galleries and design studios as well as chic cafes, polished bars and fine-dining restaurants when it debuts in summer 2020. The $40 million design transformation, which began in July 2019, will reimagine the property’s guest rooms, restaurants and amenities.

The Hyatt Regency John Wayne Airport Newport Beach (Calif.) has completed a multimillion-dollar redesign and renovation led by award-winning West Coast-based design firm Indidesign. The final phase of the 343-room hotel reimagination is marked by an all-new collection of venues for meetings and events—including the 1,944 square-foot Newport Bay Ballroom, a boardroom and outdoor function space. The property offers 30,603 square feet of function space.
The Mandarin Oriental Tel Aviv will debut in 2023 with 225 guest rooms, including 44 suites, with most accommodations offering vistas of the Mediterranean and the Tel Aviv skyline. There will be five restaurants and bars serving a variety of cuisines and a range of flexible meeting facilities including a ballroom.
The new Delta Hotels Baltimore North in the historic Roland Park neighborhood offers 147 guest rooms, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and bar concept Scoozi and 5,176 square feet of meeting and conference space.
Accor has announced the opening of Sofitel Mexico City Reforma, the first Sofitel-branded property in Mexico. Located on the iconic Paseo de la Reforma, it is the first luxury hotel to open in Mexico City in more than a decade and features 275 guest rooms and 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, the company’s first mountain resort property in India, recently debuted in the scenic Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh with 80 guest rooms and more than 2,000 square feet of meeting space.
