What are some ways in which you believe they can help ameliorate those issues?
Those mentioned above causes high levels of stress. But most of these are inevitable in planning and facilitating big events. However, by being aware of their triggers, maintaining their energy balance, catching their stress signs early and mindfully managing their emotions and behaviors, event planners can prevent their stress from escalating and becoming harmful.
What key points do you hope attendees will take away from your session, “Enhance career longevity with brain wellness”?
There are simple tools associated with the strategy I mentioned above. I will guide attendees to experience these and learn to use them.
