Sarah Soliman Daudin, President of Soliman Productions, Inc., and CourtneyStanley, Owner of CS Consulting have just announced their formal partnership, SarahxCourtney. The two women are well known for their work in the events and hospitality industry as content connoisseurs, speakers, and the co-creators of #MeetingsToo , a movement inspiring and educating meeting professionals to help prevent sexual harassment and assault in the events community.
Under their new brand, Sarah and Courtney present a variety of innovative programs, including a one-on-one mentorship initiative and a professional development program that goes far beyond what is currently offered for women. CAPTURE is an experiential workshop built on the foundation of honest and compelling stories that inspire and educate women in business on how to strategically navigate obstacles to advance and thrive. “In our workshop, attendees will hear from powerhouse business women and men who lead by example and don’t shy away from sharing their failures, moments of growth, and true secrets to success,” Stanley says. Soliman Daudin adds, “We want to share real human stories from women and men in leadership positions that are raw, authentic and most importantly, relatable.”
Top leaders from all corners of the meetings industry and beyond have expressed excitement about the concept and are ready to dive in and contribute their own personal stories. Fiona Pelham, CEO of Positive Impact, says, “Capturing stories is an innovative approach to providing learning - everyone can benefit from sharing and listening to authentic stories. Courtney and Sarah have experience in authentic dialogue around topics like tackling mental health, sexual harassment prevention and more, so their initiative is going to make a difference. Trevor Lui, Principal, The Highbell Group and Meeting Professionals International Foundation Global Board of Trustees adds, “What Sarah and Courtney have done individually in their careers is a true exhibit of passion, grit and hard work. Their vision and leadership is exactly what we need to catapult us into the future. I can’t think of a better power duo who can take on the challenge of delivering relevant, honest and authentic content. It’s something that is so essential as we fight to grow and position business events to the forefront in all our communities. I’m extremely excited to see what Sarah and Courtney have in store for us.”
Soliman Daudin and Stanley believe that each woman comes from a diverse background and an array of experiences, facing her own adversities and bringing unique strengths to the table. Because the co-owners understand that women cannot be grouped together as one general population, they will customize every professional development workshop to cater to the needs of individuals in each audience.
Dahlia El Gazzar, industry innovator and Tech Evangelist of DAHLIA+ Agency states, “Sarah and Courtney have always been advocates for our industry, but more importantly, they walk their talk. CAPTURE is exactly what our community needs now, and I’m excited to share my story, with all its ups and downs, through this innovative experiential workshop.” Tahira Endean, Head of Events at the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence adds, “Everyone has a story. But in today's digital world where we share our highlights and build a façade, there is an even greater need for the real stories, those that make us human to be shared. Courtney and Sarah are willing to step up and provide a voice for those who need it and a platform for those ready to share, and this is the power we need to propel us as we grow forward as women in our careers, and our lives. I can't wait to see this launch.”
Also committed to contributing support and testimony to enhance the educational experience are top executives from leading organizations in the corporate, association, higher education and nonprofit sectors of the meetings and hospitality industry.
